Found the same product for less? We will match the price. As an authorized dealer, we sell new, genuine products with the full manufacturer’s warranty, and we want you to get them from us at a fair price.
What we match
We match a lower price advertised by another authorized United States dealer of the same brand, for the identical product:
- same brand, model, size, color, fabric, finish and quantity;
- new, in its original packaging, with the full manufacturer’s warranty;
- in stock and able to ship to the same address in the contiguous United States;
- a price anyone can see on the dealer’s website, without a code, login or membership.
We compare the total price you would pay, including shipping and delivery fees, before sales tax.
The brand’s advertised price
Our brands set a minimum advertised price, and we follow it. We can match a price down to that minimum, never below it. If a brand’s policy does not let us match a price, we tell you before you order.
What we do not match
- marketplace and third-party sellers (for example Amazon, eBay or Facebook Marketplace) and auction sites;
- used, open-box, floor model, refurbished, discontinued, clearance or closeout items;
- offers that depend on a coupon code, membership, loyalty points, rebate, gift card, free gift, bundle, trade-in or credit card offer;
- financing or pay-later offers;
- limited-time, limited-quantity or flash sales, and prices with obvious errors;
- prices outside the United States, and our own earlier prices.
How to ask
- Before you order, or within 14 days after your order date, email support@naturapatio.com or call 1-857-800-8796 with a link to the offer.
- We check the offer on the dealer’s website, usually within 1 business day.
- If it qualifies, you get the matched price before you order, or we refund the difference to your original payment method.
One match per product and per order. We may decline a request we cannot verify. This policy does not change your rights under our Refund & Returns Policy and Terms of Service.
