Every product we sell is new, genuine and covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. You never have to deal with the brand on your own: we file your claim and follow it until your item is repaired or replaced. We don’t sell extended warranties or protection plans.
How to make a claim
- Email support@naturapatio.com or call 1-857-800-8796 with your order number.
- Add a few photos of the issue, and of the product label or serial number if there is one.
- We open the claim with the brand and keep you updated until it is resolved.
Warranty by brand
Warranties cover the original buyer. Commercial use can have shorter terms, shown below where the brand sets them.
Anderson Teak
- Teak furniture: 2-year limited warranty on the teak frame for residential use (1 year for commercial use), against manufacturing defects and workmanship.
- Aluminum furniture: 2-year limited warranty for residential use (1 year for commercial use).
- Cushions and umbrellas: 1 year.
- Natural changes in teak, such as silvering and small end-grain checks, are normal and are not defects.
Kannoa
- Aluminum furniture: frame 15 years for residential use (5 years commercial); finish 3 years residential (2 years commercial); woven resin 3 years; moving parts and components 1 year.
- Motion Cabana: aluminum frame 10 years and roof 5 years for residential use (3 years each for commercial use); finish 3 years residential.
- Fire tables: 2 years for residential and commercial use; components and moving parts 1 year. Use only the fuel specified for your unit.
- In the first year, Kannoa covers freight, parts and labor for warranty repairs within the continental US.
Ledge Lounger
- In-pool furniture: 15 years for residential use and 10 years for commercial use, against material defects, splintering, cracking, chipping, peeling and rot.
- Keep your pool water chemistry balanced and follow the care guide.
Primo
- Lifetime on all ceramic parts.
- 5 years on metal parts against rust-through (cast iron excluded).
- 1 year on cast-iron parts and on other parts and accessories; 30 days on felt gaskets and thermometers.
- Never use lighter fluid, and never lift the grill by its hinge.
Broilmaster
- Stainless grills: lifetime against rust-through on the stainless housing, cooking grids, cart, cast stainless burners and drip tray; 5 years on infrared burners, flare-control vaporizers and heat-zone dividers; 1 year on valves, knobs, ignitors, hoses and other parts.
- Premium grills: lifetime against rust-through on the aluminum grill housing (paint excluded), stainless cooking grids, bow-tie burner, cart and mounting; 10 years on Q-Series stainless burners; 1 year on valves, knobs, ignitors, hoses, grill paint and other parts.
- Your grill must be installed by a qualified installer. Keep your proof of purchase.
Calcana
- Infrared heaters: 1 year on parts; 3 years on the heat exchanger, reflectors, brackets, burner and burner box, from the date the heater ships from the factory.
- Mounting kits: 1 year on parts and 3 years on brackets.
- Heaters must be installed by a qualified professional following Calcana’s manual, with genuine Calcana parts. Labor is not covered.
OVO
- Outdoor kitchens: 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
Planika
- Fireplaces and heaters: 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
What warranties don’t cover
Normal wear and weathering, damage from accidents or misuse, installation that doesn’t follow the brand’s manual, and parts that are not from the brand. If you are not sure whether something is covered, ask us before you order or before you repair anything: we check with the brand for you.
Each brand’s written warranty is the final reference if anything on this page differs from it.
