2. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of naturapatio.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, provide accurate information, keep your login details private, and tell us right away about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Products, prices and availability
We are an authorized dealer of every brand we sell. Product details, dimensions and lead times come from the brands, and colors can look different on screens. Prices are in US dollars and follow each brand’s minimum advertised price. Products and prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If a product is listed with a wrong price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm stock and the ship date with the brand and charge your card; until then, your card is only authorized. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the item is unavailable, the price is wrong or we suspect fraud. If we do, you are not charged, or you receive a full refund.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay and Apple Pay, processed by Shopify Payments. We do not offer financing or installment plans. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information.
6. Shipping, delivery and risk of loss
Delivery terms, costs and damage reporting are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is delivered.
7. Cancellations, returns and warranty
Cancellations follow our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy, and every product carries its manufacturer’s warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. We do not sell extended warranties or protection plans.
8. Installation and safe use
Follow each brand’s manual. Gas appliances, heaters and built-in grills must be installed by a qualified professional, following the manufacturer’s instructions and local codes.
9. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to NaturaPatio or to the brands and content providers who license it to us. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping only, and you may not copy, resell or exploit any part of it without our written permission.
10. Your content
If you send us photos, reviews or other content, you allow us to use it to provide our services and, with your permission, to show it on our site. Don’t submit content that is illegal, offensive or misleading, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
11. Prohibited use
Don’t use the site for any unlawful purpose, try to gain unauthorized access to it or to other accounts, or interfere with its operation.
12. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific needs. Nothing in these Terms limits the manufacturer’s warranty or your rights under consumer protection law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NaturaPatio, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, from unauthorized access to our servers, or from any interruption of the site.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaturaPatio and its affiliates from claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the state or province where you live.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page and do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. If we don’t enforce a right, we have not waived it.
