Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, contact us for a quote before you order.
What shipping costs
- Furniture, grills, heaters, fire tables and outdoor kitchens ship by scheduled liftgate freight: free on orders of $2,500 or more, and a flat $199 below that.
- Mounting kits and small accessories ship by parcel: free on orders of $99 or more, and $15 below that.
- White Glove delivery (placement, assembly and packaging removal) is quoted on request.
The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
Each product page shows the brand’s lead time. After you order, we confirm stock and the ship date with the brand, usually within 1 business day, and only then do we charge your card. If the ship date is later than shown, we tell you before that date and you can cancel at no cost.
Once your order ships, freight usually takes 3–10 business days to arrive and parcels 2–7 business days, depending on distance.
How delivery works
- Freight: the carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window, then delivers to your curb or driveway with a liftgate. An adult must be there to sign.
- Parcel: delivered to your door, with tracking sent by email.
- Several items: your order can arrive in separate shipments from different warehouses.
Checking your delivery
- Before you sign, count the boxes and look for damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt (bill of lading), take photos and keep the packaging.
- Report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery (24 hours for Ledge Lounger) to support@naturapatio.com or 1-857-800-8796.
- We file the claim with the brand and the carrier, then arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel for free until your order ships, except where a brand’s terms below say otherwise.
Brand-specific shipping information
Anderson Teak
- Ships from California by Anderson Teak’s carrier.
- Lead time: ship date confirmed after you order; cushions are made to order and take about 3 weeks.
- Cancellation: furniture is free to cancel until it ships; cushions can’t be cancelled after 2 business days.
Kannoa
- Ships from Florida by freight; White Glove delivery on request.
- Lead time: stock colors 2–3 weeks; special orders 12–16 weeks; for other items we confirm the date after you order.
- Cancellation: once we place your order with Kannoa, cancelling costs 50% of the item price; special orders can’t be cancelled.
Ledge Lounger
- Ships from Texas by Ledge Lounger’s carrier.
- Lead time: most items 1–2 weeks; custom colors and premium fabrics take longer.
- Cancellation: orders can’t be changed once processed; made-to-order items cancelled in production cost up to 15%, and custom items can’t be cancelled.
- Inspect the boxes before accepting them and report any damage within 24 hours, with photos.
Calcana
- Ships from Alabama: heaters by freight, mounting kits by parcel.
- Lead time: usually about 2 weeks.
- Cancellation: free until it ships.
OVO
- Ships from New Jersey on one pallet, by freight.
- Lead time: 3–5 business days.
- Cancellation: free until it ships.
Planika
- Ships from New Jersey by parcel.
- Lead time: ship date confirmed after you order.
- Cancellation: free until it ships.
Primo and Broilmaster
- Ship from New Hampshire by freight.
- Lead time: ship date confirmed after you order.
- Cancellation: free until it ships.
