Express shipping is not available for larger products. Shipping is limited to the lower 48 United States and is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.
A 30-day return policy applies, subject to applicable brand-specific exclusions. To initiate a return, customers must contact the seller and receive a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending the product back. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Orders may be canceled at no cost before a shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created. Custom orders cannot be canceled after production has started.
