Products priced at $200 and over qualify for free shipping. Products priced at $199.99 or below incur a flat $15 shipping charge. Free freight delivery is curbside only; white-glove delivery, including room-of-choice delivery and assembly, is available for an additional charge.
Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days via UPS, FedEx, or freight delivery depending on product size. Tracking information is sent within 24 hours after the order leaves the warehouse. Express shipping is not available for larger products. Shipping is limited to the lower 48 United States and is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.
A 30-day return policy applies except for specific excluded brands. American Fyre Designs made-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. UltraComfort and UltraCozy products are final sale, except where applicable damage is reported.
Orders may be canceled at no cost before a shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom-made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
To request a return, customers must email the seller with the reason for the return and receive a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before beginning the return process. Returned products must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase and an approved RMA are required. Products should not be sent directly to the manufacturer without contacting the seller first.
