Installation & Resources

The OVO GS is a freestanding outdoor kitchen with an integrated grill, gas cylinder compartment, waste compartment, and protective cover.

1. Position the kitchen. Place the OVO GS in the desired outdoor cooking area on a suitable level surface.

2. Prepare the gas supply. Use the specified propane/LPG fuel system and the included gas pressure regulator.

3. Check the gas cylinder. Ensure the cylinder fits within the maximum supported dimensions of H 600 mm × Ø300 mm.

4. Inspect the grill. Before use, check the three burners, hinged lid, thermometer, and gas connections.

5. Prepare the cooking area. Ensure the cooking surface and surrounding area are clean before cooking.

6. Protect after use. When the kitchen is not in use, use the included waterproof fabric cover to help protect it from rain, dust, and sun.

Care and Maintenance

• Clean the grill and cooking surfaces regularly after use.

• Keep the Dekton® countertop clean and free from food residue, grease, and spills.

• Use suitable non-abrasive cleaning methods for the stainless steel and Dekton® surfaces.

• Keep the gas cylinder compartment and waste compartment clean and organized.

• Empty and clean the removable waste basket regularly.

• Inspect the gas connections and regulator periodically for signs of damage or wear.

• Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning or covering it.

• Use the included waterproof cover when the kitchen is not in use to help protect it from rain, dust, and sun.

• Follow applicable safety requirements for propane/LPG equipment during operation and storage.
