Shipping & Warranty

Good to know: Carton dimensions: 31"L × 51½"W × 7½"H. No assembly is required.

Delivery: Scheduled liftgate delivery from California: free on orders of $2,500 or more to the contiguous US, $199 below that. Usually 3–10 business days after it ships; the carrier calls you to book a time. White Glove delivery (placement and assembly) and Alaska, Hawaii or Canada are quoted on request.

Lead time: We confirm your ship date with Anderson Teak within 1 business day of your order. Made-to-order cushions take about 3 weeks. Your card is charged only once the ship date is confirmed. If it is later than shown, we tell you and you can cancel at no cost.

Arrival check: Note any damage on the delivery receipt and report it within 48 hours, with photos. We file the claim and arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Returns: 30 days from delivery, unused, unassembled and in the original packaging, with a return authorization from us. Anderson Teak’s restocking fee is up to 15%. You pay return shipping; if your order shipped free, the original shipping cost is deducted. Made-to-order cushions can’t be returned. Free cancellation until your order ships; cushion orders can’t be cancelled after 2 business days.

Warranty: Anderson Teak 2-year limited warranty on teak frames for residential use (1 year for commercial use), against manufacturing defects and workmanship, for the original buyer. Cushions and umbrellas are covered for 1 year. Natural changes in teak, such as silvering and small end-grain checks, are normal and not defects. We file and follow your claim with Anderson Teak.
