  • Follow the manufacturer's assembly instructions to securely assemble each modular unit.

Shipping & Warranty

Delivery: Free scheduled liftgate delivery from California to the contiguous US, usually 3–10 business days after it ships. The carrier calls you to book a time. White Glove delivery (placement and assembly) and Alaska, Hawaii or Canada are quoted on request.

Lead time: Usually ships from Anderson Teak in about 15 days; made-to-order cushions take about 3 weeks. We confirm the exact date within 1 business day of your order. Your card is charged only once the ship date is confirmed. If it is later than shown, we tell you and you can cancel at no cost.

Arrival check: Note any damage on the delivery receipt and report it within 48 hours, with photos. We file the claim and arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Returns: 30 days from delivery, unused, unassembled and in the original packaging, with a return authorization from us. Anderson Teak’s restocking fee is up to 15%. You pay return shipping; if your order shipped free, the original shipping cost is deducted. Made-to-order cushions can’t be returned. Free cancellation until your order ships; cushion orders can’t be cancelled after 2 business days.

Warranty: Anderson Teak 2-year limited warranty on teak frames for residential use (1 year for commercial use), against manufacturing defects and workmanship, for the original buyer. Cushions and umbrellas are covered for 1 year. Natural changes in teak, such as silvering and small end-grain checks, are normal and not defects. We file and follow your claim with Anderson Teak.
